Eco Mom shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, general, special, incidental or consequential damages (including -without limitation- data loss, lost revenues and lost profit) which may result from the inability to use, or the correct or incorrect use, abuse, or misuse of these contents by any person that browses, visits or uses the website in any way, from now on collectively called the “User” or “Customer”, even if Eco Mom have been informed of the possibilities of such damages. Eco Mom cannot assume any obligation or responsibility.

The use of these contents is forbidden in those places where the law does not allow this disclaimer to take full effect.  



Eco Mom reserves the right to:

1. modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to any User of this website, and the User confirms that Eco Mom shall not be liable to the User or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or change these Conditions from time to time. The User’s continued use of the Website (or any part of) following such change shall be deemed to be acceptance of such change. It is the User’s responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If the User does not agree to any change to the Conditions then the User must immediately stop using the Website.

2. Eco Mom will use all reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. The User will not be eligible for any compensation because the Website or any part of the Website cannot be used because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.  



Eco Mom is committed to protecting the User’s privacy. This privacy policy applies to all the web pages related to this website.

All the information gathered in the online forms on the website is used to personally identify Users that subscribe to this service. The information will not be used for anything other than what is stated in the Terms & Conditions of use for this service. None of the information will be sold or made available to anyone.

The Site may collect certain information about the User’s visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which the User accesses the Internet; the date and time the User accesses the Website; the pages accessed while on the Website and the Internet address of the Web site from which the User linked directly to this Website. Eco Mom may need to change this policy from time to time in order to address new issues and reflect changes on this Website. Eco Mom will post those changes here so that the User will always know what information is gathered, how that information is used, and whether that information is disclosed to anyone. In an attempt to provide increased value to Users, Eco Mom may provide links to other websites or resources. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Eco Mom is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and do not endorse and is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content (including misrepresentative or defamatory content) of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external sites or resources. 



Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should the item/s be available, orders will be dispatched within 48 working hours, provided that payment is validated/received/completed.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of an order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should Eco Mom be faced with such an occurrence the Customer will be contacted via email and provided with a revised shipping schedule.

Order processing will not begin until a confirmed order and full payment is received, validated and completed.  



Eco Mom will dispatch your order within 48 business hours (or less) of payment being validated, received & completed, unless otherwise stated in product description (i.e. Made-to-order items)

Our Courier partner (The Courier Guy) will then deliver within 3 - 5 business days, but may, in rare circumstances, take up to 7 business days.

JHB & PTA Orders are mostly delivered within 1 - 4 business days.



Our courier partners are: The Courier Guy for Door to Door deliveries and PUDO by The Courier Guy for Locker to Locker deliveries.


Orders over R 850 - FREE Delivery
Orders under R 850 - Door to Door: R 75; PUDO Locker to Locker: R 60
In rare cases where we cannot deliver door to door, we will gladly ship the order to your closest PUDO locker.

Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to the Customer once the order has been dispatched. Eco Mom only ships goods door to door locally, within the borders of South Africa via a courier company of it's choice.

The Customer accepts that in order for Eco Mom to prove delivery of an order, Eco Mom does not have to prove that the Customer personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.  

In the event that the courier company allocates additional costs to the delivery due to the address being in an outlying area or not a normal delivery area, Eco Mom will inform the customer of these charges and the customer can accept or reject these charges. Should the client reject, the item will not be shipped and the order will be cancelled at no cost to the customer. 



We will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, but please inform us via email (immediately after placing your order) or via the "Add a note to your order" block in your cart if the order is needed by a specific date. Extra charges may apply, and will be for the customer's account, should we need to make use of our Courier's speed services to get the order to you in time. 



 All product photos, designs, content, and descriptions featured on this website that are sourced from our suppliers and manufacturers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. These materials are protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used by any third party without explicit written consent from the respective copyright holders.

Product photos, designs, content, and descriptions that are original creations by Eco Mom SA, our seamstresses, artists and crafters, are also protected by copyright laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or otherwise used by any third party without explicit written consent from Eco Mom SA. Unauthorized use of these materials, regardless of their source, may result in legal action.

We appreciate your understanding of the importance of respecting intellectual property rights. If you have any questions or would like to inquire about the use of specific materials, please feel free to contact us.



* Note: Eco Mom recommends using a courier service for all returns. Should the Customer choose to use a courier service other than one of our preferred partners, and the goods are lost, then no refund or return will be considered. 



Eco Mom will make every effort to package the items safely as well as have them double checked and signed off by Management to ensure that the items are in perfect condition prior to dispatch. If a product is delivered damaged or broken or if the wrong product was delivered, the Customer must inform Eco Mom within one working day of receipt. Necessary arrangements for a replacement product or refund will then be made via email. 



Eco Mom will gladly exchange most items (see exclusions below) provided that the item is:

*Still sealed and in the original packaging
*Clean and not used or damaged in any way (including the packaging)
*Returned to Eco Mom within 7 working days of purchase
*Accompanied by the Proof of Purchase

The Customer must inform Eco Mom of their intention to return the item/s, and provide Eco Mom with the Courier tracking number. 

Eco Mom will under no circumstances exchange the following due to Health & Safety reasons:
*Baby skin care products
*Any Consumable/Perishable item
*Colic Calm, Tummy Calm, or any other Herbal or Homeopathic remedies / supplements.

The courier fee and transaction fee for Change of Mind / Goodwill exchanges will be for the Customer’s account.



Eco Mom will only refund DEFECTIVE goods. 

Non Consumable/Perishable Defective Goods: 
*Non Consumable/Perishable defective goods must be returned no later than 7 days after the expiration date of the warranty or as soon as the defect is noticed within the warranty period.
*The item/s must be accompanied by the proof of purchase.
*The item will be sent to the manufacturer or supplier to undergo the necessary tests to establish the defect.
*Depending on the outcome, Eco Mom will then offer the customer either a refund, repair, or exchange.
*To qualify for a REFUND, the defect must be a material/significant defect that renders the goods less useful, and not caused by the consumer, neglect, natural or weather related occurrences. 


Consumable or Perishable Goods: 

* Eco Mom will only accept the return of defective consumable/perishable goods within 7 days of purchase.
*The goods must still be in, or accompanied by the original packaging, for the supplier to be able to trace the batch number.
*The customer will have a choice between a refund/exchange once the defect has been established by the manufacturer or supplier.
*To qualify for a REFUND, the defect must be a material/significant defect that renders the goods less useful, and not caused by the consumer, neglect, natural or weather related occurrences. 
Delayed delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund.
The Courier fee for any and all returns will be for the Customer’s account.
If a product is found to be defective the Courier Fee will be refunded to the Customer.
All Refunds will be done via EFT. 



*Certain products may come with a supplier’s guarantee, which will be clearly stated on the packaging.
*No PRODUCT sold by Eco Mom carries a guarantee/warranty, unless offered by the manufacturer or supplier and stated on the product packaging.



When the Customer makes a purchase with Eco Mom, legal obligations arise and the Customer’s right to refund of monies paid in any other way agreed by Eco Mom, are limited by Eco Mom’ s terms & conditions. The Customer must not make any purchase through this site unless he/she understands and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that the Customer have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. For any queries please contact Eco Mom before making any purchase for any service through this website. 

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
The total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping). 
Eco Mom reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. 
Eco Mom utilizes the PayFast function to facilitate all payments made online.

Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions on the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
